Return policy
Last updated: May 16, 2022. Thank you for shopping at Royal Erado Accessories. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
- Regarding the refund of shipping charges incurred when returning the goods to us, we may only refund the amount it cost us to ship the product to you or the expense paid by you (whichever is lower).
- If there are any modifications to this regulation, they will be noted in the product description. Unless otherwise specified, all items shall be subject to the policies outlined above.
- A complete refund of the product's price will be issued only if the same product is not in stock with us. In all other circumstances, the product will be replaced.
- If a product is determined to be defective or to have a manufacturing problem, or if the wrong product is given to you, we will replace it as soon as possible to the best of our ability.
- We will reimburse the shipping cost you paid to return the goods or the shipping cost we paid to ship the product to you (whichever is lower).
- You must check the merchandise immediately upon receipt and file a return request within the time frame specified above.
- All return requests must be sent within 12 hours of the product's delivery. Any requests made prior to then will not be eligible for replacement.
- In the event that damaged items are delivered, or if the wrong size or specification is provided, we solely offer replacement. There will be no refund under any circumstances.

- We only accept returns for damaged products upon delivery. Please proceed with caution before placing a purchase, since orders cannot be cancelled after they have been completed.
- ROYAL ERADO staff inspect all items before sending them to guarantee that they are in functioning order.
- Damaged or defective items should be returned in their original packaging and with all attachments.
- Any item that exhibits signs of wear or usage, or is in a state other than when it was delivered, cannot be returned.
